Return, Substitution, Cancellation, and Chargeback Policies

Return Policies:

Our gifts cannot be returned. If they arrive in bad shape, we will send a replacement after receiving proof with no extra charge (only one replacement per order). This policy ends 48 hours after receiving your gift and is not valid for weddings or events, only for daily arrangements. In the case of plants or planters, we are not responsible if plants die after a week (7 days). Plants need care and attention, and we cannot guarantee how each person cares for their plant.

 

Substitution Policies:

We make every effort to ensure that our gifts are in season. However, if some fruits or flowers are not in season, Tognoli Florist  (Tognoli Gifts LLC) reserves the right to substitute those with others of the same price/quality.
Tognoli Florist (Tognoli Gifts LLC) also reserves the right to substitute baskets or containers, as well as decorative objects, with others of similar value, shape, color, or style. Our customer service team will contact you if any significant changes are necessary.

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

Customers must review and acknowledge our cancellation and refund policies before completing their purchase. This applies to both online and phone orders. By placing an order over the phone, the customer agrees to have read and accepted our cancellation and refund policies. Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed and prepared for delivery. Once the order has been processed or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Chargeback Prevention Clause:
To resolve any concerns directly with us, we ask customers to contact our customer service team before filing a chargeback with their bank. We are committed to resolving any issues regarding your order, and contacting us first can help avoid unnecessary disputes.
